When will you ship my order? TOP

Orders of in-stock merchandise are usually shipped within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. Special order items normally ship within 7-10 busines days of the order being placed, but may take more or less time, depending on how busy I am at the time of the order. I will give you an estimated ship date when you place a custom order and will send a notice via email once your order has shipped.

If you live in the State College, PA area, you may choose to have your products delivered or you may come pick them up. Delivery may take up to 5 business days. If you would like to pick up your products, please note that in the "comments" section during checkout.

Absolutely! Custom orders are some of my very favorite things to do. I can design a bow, headband, clippie or other accessory to match virtually any outfit you may have. Visit the Contact Us page to send us a message and request a custom order.

Where did you come up with the name DCBaby? TOP

Many people think that the name comes from the fact that I used to live in Washington, DC, but in fact it comes from the names of my two boys, David and Connor. DCBaby began in 2007, when I started making and selling baby leg warmers, bibs, burp cloths, and other baby items. In early 2009, I shifted my focus to hair accessories, but by then the name had stuck.

In addition to the Web site, I sell DCBaby products directly to customers at craft shows, home parties, open houses and more. I try to update the Web site promptly after selling items via one of these methods, but I'm only human -- sometimes I miss something, and sometimes life gets in the way and I don't get a chance to update the site before someone makes a purchase. If this ever happens, I will make every effort to get you a replacement item as quickly as possible.
